my buddy works at a local farmers market and gave me a huge box of fresh field tomatoes for free. they were going bad, but 85% or so look usable.
anyhow, we've now made a bunch of pico de gallo for eating now, and some salsa and some pasta sauce for freezing.
I'd like to make some pizza sauce for freezing, but am having a hard time fimnding a reliable recipe using fresh tomatoes. any suggestoins? we are doing this like NOW
