Actually, I have not yet tried the Pizza Hut clone. Never much cared for their pizza as it drips in oil. I did, however , make two pies using Pete-zza's amended version of Tom Lehmanns Sicilian recipe ( the recipe you used, though my yeast is different). First one I used BF, & the second one AP. Both were wonderful, though not quiet what I've been searching for... BUT... last night I tried a new recipe, & I think I've got it.
