Cheese amounts

Hello,

I think I put way too much cheese on my Neo pizzas and was wondering what the standard amount would be in grams for a 12" pie.  Any help would be appreciated.

I stopped measuring a long time ago and every pie I make is a little different, but I would say about 100g is the maximum I would use on a Margherita.

One handfull.Between 3 to 4oz / 100 grams.as a loose guide.
