I am looking for dough recipes that contain dried sprouted grains as part of the pizza dough recipe. I see that dried sprouted grains are used in some bread making recipes in which part of the flour ingredient contains sprouted grains along with other non sprouted flours. If anyone has such recipes I would greatly appreciate receiving them.
