I have rolled the 'Pizza Inn' crust recipe from the site so thin you could see light behind it. I have a roller attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer. This recipe uses very little yeast.
When I worked for Pizza Inn in the late 60's our district manager would always crank our sheeter down to paper thin, I guess to save money. We would always set it thicker after he left. You can make a pizza with an amazingly thin crust.
