A few weeks ago, I made pizza with my new 2Stone. It turned out great !
There was not much wind that day, and so I got my natural gas BBQ up to 625 degrees. I pre-heated the 2Stone
inside my bbq for a good 45 mins before I baked my pizza.
P.S. - Note to self. Make sure you actually measure the weight of your dough ball next time. I didn't weigh my doughball and
since it was my real first test of the 2Stone, I didn't know what to expect. Anyway, next time I'm going to do some calculations
and drop the dough ball by 1/2. I figure the doughball in these images was about 350 grams or so, ... so next time I'm going to go
with a 200 gram ball. As you can see in the images below, my dough was a bit of the thick side LOL. I like thick dough, but this
was way too thick, even for me. Anyway, I was able to eat my mistake and it was a darn good mistake too !
