use of heat sink and priazzo

Hi, new here. Been reading and trying to figure out how to make priazzo. I have a heat sink and pan I got on ebay. I need to know what temp to bake on and for how long for 12 or 14 inch priazzo. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much.....Cindy

You might want to check out this thread: http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,1632.0.html. Mention was made at Reply 27 at http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,1632.msg55228.html#msg55228 that the bake time was ten minutes in an impingement conveyor oven, but no mention of the bake time that Pizza Hut used.
