Jersey Fresh Crushed Tomatoes-just tried them, awesome!Anyone else?

I don't have access to Jersey Fresh, they are not sold where I live, however, a very well known name in NYC pizza circles tried Jersey Fresh and Sclafani side by side for me and his opion was that the Sclafani's were better. They could both be from the same canner and harvest, might be slightly different consistency, no body knows! If you like them, buy them. Another very good brand of canned Jersey grown tomatoes is La Fede. I just recently tried them, they are sold in my area through Shop-Rite Markets. Seems as though Jersey tomatoes rank right up there with the best of Italy or California.

Thanks John, that comfirms my other source. I opened a can of La Fede last evening for pizza, excellent flavor and aroma, just a tad thinner than Sclafani, sure as hell wouldn't hesitate to use either one.
