Hi I am new to the forum and I am trying to find some recipes on dough and sauce. One other thing I need a lot of help with is making a pizza round. Any help thanks

The best thing to do is use the search engine and type in whatever floats your boat. ;D

Trying to point you in the right direction without more detail is difficult.  Are you looking for a book with recipes?  If so, I recommend starting at this location: http://www.pizzamaking.com/pizza_books.html

If you have a particular style of pizza and crust in mind, you might go to the categories on New York style, Chicago, etc.  You can also try here: http://www.pizzamaking.com/pizza_recipes.html

Sauce recipes are fewer, but there are plenty out there.  The sauce sub-category under Ingredients and Resources is your best bet.

Hamlove,

I think those two videos by member pftaylor might be helpful if you want to learn how to shape and stretch the dough.
