It would be rare to find a flour product at the retail store level that is bromated. Bleached, yes, but not bromated. And if the flour is bleached, the label information will so specify. As for Hodgson Mill, they are known for having "pure" flour products, with no bromates or bleaching agents. In fact, some of their flours do not even have barley malt or the standard enrichment packages (iron/vitamins).
The flour product you mentioned is for making pasta. Is that what you would use it for? The only Hodgson Mill flour products that I have seen at the retail level that could be used to make pizza dough are the whole wheat flour and white all-purpose flour.
