Back in my hometown of Huntington, N.Y., you can find a tasty treat at Junior's called "sausage bread" which is basically a 12" loaf stuffed with Italian sausage, mozzarella and cracked black pepper (it's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure that's it). It's greasy as heck and out of this world! I'm going to test it out w/ a pizza dough ball soon, but not sure how long it needs to cook, at what temp and how much cheese I need to stuff into it. Anyone have a recipe of suggestions for making sausage bread?
