Leftover pizza dough - fried in chicken fat

I had a leftover Ischia dough ball that has been in the fridge for almost a week. Also had some chicken fat skimmed off the top of the pot after making stock from fresh carcasses. Divided the ball into three pieces and fried up in the chicken fat. Really good, soft, and fluffy.
