We just bought brand new Marsal sd600 double stack pizza ovens and we put the brick in place. When we push the bricks all the way to the back, there is about half inch gap between the brick and the door. Im assuming that is where all the crumbs/corn meal goes, correct? Or is it the opposite, as in putting the bricks all the way up to the door and having the gap in the back?
