KAF catalog with le panyol wood oven offered

I received a KAF catalog today and there is a wood fired le panyol provence oven listed for sale. Nice looking with quite a few features. It's on some type of a stand with wood storage etc.  I wasn't able to locate a picture on line. Seems like a big step for KAF catalog sales. Priced at $9995.

King Arthur Flour Oven

Built from Vermont stone with colored plaster and soapstone details, this oven is located at King Arthur Flour Baker’s Store in Norwich, Vermont and serves the wood fired classes as part of their baking school. It was built by Doug Wood from Thetford Center, Vermont.  Decorative plaster by Raven Fennell. Oven core construction by Albie Barden of Maine Wood Heat and Roland Voppel from Holland.  The oven contains a model 180 Le Panyol oven core. Thanks for help from Roland, Albie, Raven, Steve Busch and John Arnold.

Smaller. Think of a large gas grill. Storage below. , etc. Stainless shelf, barbecue possibilities.
Some quotes: "natural clay core, kiln fired, up to heat in under 45 minutes, copper quartz finish". It kind of looks like a half circle on a stand. Not a bad looking set up. I'll guess a width, about 4 feet. Perhaps it will appear on their site.

I took a class at KAF in early June,  they had one of the ovens setup in the parking lot near the baking education center.  I didn't check it out too closely since it's not an option at this point in life.

Interesting Deb, it just so happens I'm heading up there this week, so I may get to see it in person and perhaps get a photo. I wonder if someone is buying a basic core and packaging it on a stand.
Anyway it's not an option for me as well.

Most likely Maine Wood Heat is doing this. They have the stands fabricated for them and build the oven on top of it. Just guessing here, but it is what I am planning to do. Except I will have the stand made closer to home and the oven built on site.

That's the one. I hope to post some photos, since I was at the store. Will try when I get home. Actually David it looks like you were there since the background looks familiar.
Oven about 4' wide, unit about 6' wide with shelves. About 4' deep. Inside about 28" deep and 12" high.
Cover is sheet metal.
