Hi every one !

i bake pizza until now only whit IDY, and last week i began a starter.... so i have some questions....

at what point after the starter is active should i refrigerate it ? do i feed it before put it in the fridge ?

After the new starter is really active, I mean REALLY active, I give it a final feeding, allow it to sit at room temp for about an hour, and then place in refrigerator. I guess every starter culture will be a little different, but the ones I activated from sourdo.com responded very well to this. Did you capture a local strain?

i got it from breadtopia, asp iam going to get one from sourdo.com....

i just started on saturday.... so every thing is new for me.... and next week iam starting my WFO.... !!!

well, ive tested the starter.... i made some no knead bread, and it came out very nice....

take a look.... next, iam trying on pizza....
