Hi every one !
its very hard to find 00 flour here in Brazil, but i finally found some, theres the Divella, colavita, and i found one thats organic (

Andre,
You might want to try these two websites. Unfortunately, I don't speak Portugese, but I could imagine that they might be able to help you out if they don't carry a Tipo "00". I'd call them, maybe they can refer you to someone who does carry the flour you're looking for.

Hi Essen1, thanks for the reply, i alredy use this kind of flour here in BR.... i was looking for something different..... so i could test flour differences. any way thanks again, always learning allot whit you guys....

What I meant was that maybe it'll help if you call those two companies and ask them if they know where you can get your hands on Italian "00" Pizza flour, such as Caputo or Spadoni.
