Hi everyone !!!

well iam posting a pic of one of the pizzas i made on Saturday..

this was 62% Hydration
1 gram of IDY
40 grams of starter
2% sea salt

6 hour bulk rise, and 3 hour individual rise.....

sorry for the bad picture.... (cellphone cam)....

this is still not my oven... tomorrow a mason will start mine... ill post pics !!

Hi,

1Kg of Flour... and the flour is a Brazilian all purpose good quality flour.... i am buying 4kg of 00 this week.... its very hard to find 00 flour here whit the right "W".
