I've been having some issues burning my pies in my wood fired oven I built this summer. On the Forno Bravo site, they recommended Caputo OO pizza flour. I really hated to order 50# of flour from CA due to the shipping. I've seen a place recommended here many times called Pennmac. After I googled Caputo distributors, it took me to a post here. I found that Pennmac is Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, and is located in the strip district of Pittsburgh, which is about 45 minutes from me. I placed my order today for 50# of flour, 108 oz of San Marzano's & a pizza screen. The shipping was a push compared to gas to drive down. So, all along I've this great resource in my back yard and just found out today. I can't wait to stop in the next time I'm in Pgh!
