Shrimp and Leek Pizza

24-hour Ischia room-temp dough topped with:

- Tomato sauce
- Sauteed Shrimp & Leeks
- Tetilla Cheese

It is Tetilla cheese that I get at the local Whole Foods market. I really like it on pizzas.

Was the Tetilla from Spanish decent or was it from Mexico? I will need to give it a try!
