I just bought a 44" triple deck Vulcan on Ebay for $520.00. It's 3 phase electric. I'm taking a chance buying it but hey, it $520.00. Problem is, I can't seem to find any information on this model (I have to pick it up next week). Vulcan hart doesn't seem to make anything like it anymore. It appears to have porcelain decks but I'm not even sure about that. Anyone know anything about these Vulcans? Temperature? Recovery time? Suitable for a New York Style Crust if cooked directly on the deck?
