Pepperoni in Canada?
« on: November 27, 2008, 08:32:26 PM »
Does anyone know where to get good pepperoni in Canada? I am having trouble getting Ezzo over the border so I am desperate to find good pepperoni here. Help!

P.G. Molinari & Sons in San Francisco is my pepperoni of choice which I obtain through iGourmet.com. Not sure if they ship to Canada, but perhaps you can find another source for it.  Art
When baking, follow directions.  When cooking, go by your own taste.

tdeane,

We have several members who live in Canada who might be able to point you in the right direction but in the meantime you may want to ask the Canadian members at the PMQ Think Tank forum for their advice, especially Daddio, canuckfanlady and royster 13 (a former pizza operator). You can post your question directly on the forum or send PMs. You will have to register, however.

I'm in BC. I just found a good sausage maker here that makes a very tasty semi dry-dry pepperoni but only in small little sticks. I am going to meet with him tomorrow to talk about making the same pepperoni but in a larger size.

I'm in Toronto, I rarely use pepperoni, but when I do, I use Siena deli pepperoni, the best so far.
