Please does anyone have a link, list, or resource to only one is great or a list of several, of some type of colleges, courses, training, or studies to take to learn the Pizza business and/or making Pizzas.

OR is a correspondence--at home (distance learning) course available ??   

In both the USA and Canada.

The American Institute of Baking (AIB) offers instruction on pizza making and maybe other pizza related matters. If you look at the following PMQ Think Tank post by Tom Lehmann, who is Director of Bakery Services at AIB, at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewtopic.php?p=13117#13117, you will get a general idea as to how to investigate the training courses offered by the AIB. The trade magazines PMQ (http://www.pmq.com/) and Pizza Today (http://www.pizzatoday.com/) also sponsor pizza shows a few times a year. You should be able to get information on those shows at the respective websites of the two magazines.
