Hello fellow pie slingers!!!
Is anyone familiar with a pizza flour distributed by Roma foods under their private label of "Luigi" brand? It's being sold in the Wisconsin market for about $12 per 50 lb., exceptionally cheap. My question is this.... does anyone know who packs it for them? What is a brand name label to match? King Midas? Kyro? Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.
