Well I have been making Pizza for almost a year.(Feb 08}
Since then time really goes by I have not bought pizza from anywhere else.
I was going to use Stella chesse from Sams club butttt I found a local distributor
about 45 mins from me that sells Grande.
Since then I bought 2 Cases of Grande East Coast Blend Diced,I do give a few bags out
to friends lol.
The East Coast Blend is great
Its half Whole Milk and half Skim milk............................
But reading a website from the NYC area
Where I used to buy my pizzas from.
They charges $19 for a pie and they use CHUNKS of chesse,guess thats why its more
money them most places.
But someone said that they use GRANDE Whole Milk chesse....
I know and many others in the NYC area think that their pizza is the best.(joe and pats pizza}
This time I bought a Case a Grande whole milk diced at $82 a case a few days ago.
Now I think I have found the holly grail of chesse.
Now I just need to fine how they make their sauce................
I still have 2 and a 1/2 pounds of the East Coast Blend and cannot wait till I try the Whole Milk...JT
