I came up with something clever last night when I was making my friday night pizza:
I tilted my pizza peel to about 45 degrees over top of the sink. Then I took some flour in my hand and just let it slide down the peel and into the sink. It seemed to completely coat the peel. Then I just tossed some fine corn meal on top before tossing my dough and laying it down on the peel. It worked great.
I have always had problems with at least one small portion of my pizza sticking to the peel but this time it didn't at all.
