My first attempt at a cracker-style pizza using DKM's formula.  I made it earlier in the week and it was a super hit!  The crust was the best.  Thanks DKM!

Much better. I split the dough in half. Made one 14" pizza and put the other half of the dough in the freezer to use later. Crust was very good. Next time I may add a little more yeast because I like the flavor. Thanks everyone for the help.

Pulled the other half of the dough out of the freezer. Let it thaw out overnight in the fridge. Set it out in the morning to warm up. Split the dough in half and rolled out to approx. 11" to 12" and baked on a stone this time. It was even better this time. For now on I'll make 4 - 12" pizza's with the recipe.
