Open to the Public?

For this Vegas show, I clicked on the registration link and it looks like you have to enter a company name. I am thinking that this show may only be open for pizza operators (?)

Does anyone know if you can attend either this show or the NY Pizza Showcase (also in March) as just a regular member of the public? Or do you have to be a businessperson?

(…I started going through the registration menu for the NY Pizza Showcase, looks like the NY show may be open to public registration?)

You might be able to get a pass from pizzatools. I got one to the NY show a few years ago.

Are you planning to attend the Pizza show at the Jacob Javits this March 1st thru 3rd? I am very interested I an in Northern NJ and  plan to buzzinto the city for this one. Hvae you ever been? Is this one open tp public? I am going to fire off an email to pizzatools.com just to see what response I get for a pass.
This is not the expo justa show right?

I am not a pizza professional but I did go to this show a couple of years ago on a free pass from Pizza Tools. It's definitely aimed at mainstream commercial pizza shops. If you're running a shop or plan to it's worth a trip just to see the equipment and suppliers and meet some people. There was a small artisan pizza presence and some interesting classes and competitions. I recall getting a bunch of free samples of various sauces and pizza. I live upstate now and I'm only in NYC one or two days a week so I'm not planning to attend. I think the show is open to the public for a fee but the exhibitors at these things always have free passes for their customers and friends.

My WFO is becoming a dear, friend and by the time I really master it I may be ready to give it a whirl and jump in the Chaos as well. anxious to see how J varsano makes out. Wonder if theres any other sponsors out there?j
