I have made 2 pizzas on it so far but I didn't take any pictures. They were pretty good though.
I'm not sure if it heats up quicker or not, but it seems to give a slightly better char than the 16 inch did. I like to preheat my oven for at least 2 hours so I know it's as hot as possible.
I plan on getting an infrared thermometer soon and I'll do some experimenting.
More than likely I'll be making a pizza here in a few hours and I'll take pics this time. I'm not sure how it'll look though cause it'll be my first time using fresh mozzarella.
