What should I know about cutter pans before I buy one?  Is 16" the best size?

For me, 16" is the largest that will fit in my oven.

I use two 14 inch pans.  I feel a 14" cut in to 8 slices is just the right size per slice.

I found mine off Ebay a few years ago.  Type in "pizza hut pan" and maybe you'll find one.

Pizzatools.com has a big red statement near the top of their home page, "Business to Business Orders Only. No Sales to Public."

Are you in the industry, or do they sell to the public afterall?
