Tried Patsy's sauce- not too great for pizza

I tried the sauce made by Patsy's of NYC fame.  Spaghetti restaraunt sauce.
The sauce is the tomato basil flavored one.  Don't recommend it for NY or CT style pizza.  It's rather watery and has little chunks of tomato in it. My pizza came out tasting not bad but the sauce had that pizza uno chain type flavor.  Maybe some of you Chicago deep dish lovers will like this sauce.  It's perfect for that style.

If you tried the pre-packaged version then I can understand. The real Patsy's sauce comes from Patsy's Pizzeria which is not affiliated with the pre-packaged stuff.

Yes it is the pre packaged spaghetti sauce from the restaraunt not the pizza parlor sauce.
