Hi guys,
A good friend of mine just went shopping / snooping for me at a place here called the Bulk Barn,
he found a variety of flours, including 2 very interesting ones... which I need help with asap, as I am
going there this afternoon.
He found:
- Unbleached Hard Flour
- Gluten Flour
With the *gluten flour * came a description:
"add 1 tablespoon for every 3 cups of hard flour for exceptional rising qualities in your breads and
pastries'.
My friend also noticed this about this flour:
The colour of it is almost 'malty' compared to the hard flour.
Ok, any help would be very much appreciated ... any comments and help. I'm at a loss as I've never
heard of either of these flours. What should I buy ? ....
