Depends on the pizza. Some types can be quite healthy, others.. well lets just say I wouldn't eat a lot of the pizza out there, don't know about Papa Johns' as I have never tried it. I do believe eating a whole thin crust pizza if you were in a place like Italy is nutritous as opposed to a lot of the stuff on the american market. To each there own, everyone can splurge once in a while and I will admit from time to time I do enjoy a "good quality" american style pizza.
