pizza stone - deep dish

I recently purchased the pampered chef deep dish circle stone (9 cup volume).  Anyone have any advice or experience making deep dish/Chicago style, or stuffed pizzas in this type of stone dish?

I've successfully been making pizzas at home with flat pizza stone and also a pizza screen, but would like to try something different for a change.  The Lou M. recipe on this site looks really good.
