We frequent a local pizza place here in SE Pa. and they have a round thin pizza with a very crisp crust with a tangy sauce on top of provolone cheese. Their crust has a "popcorn smell" to it. Now, it appears they use corn meal under the crust in the oven but their seems to be some of this popcorn flavor in the crust. Has anyone ever experienced this and have a recipe that may be similiar?
