3 pizzas types, one day

I have decided to go for the gusto.  I am going to try and make 3 different pizza styles. PI Thin crust, New York, and a deep dish.   The doughs today the pizzas tomorrow.  Just hope I find my camera.  Wish me luck.

Well sounds good, just make sure you find the camera hahehe :-)

I wish I could come over and see you do the deep dish..... wowie.

I'd love to try your recipe for that but I"m brewing right now and by 5pm I'll be pooped.

Three in one day, awesome!

I've got two experimental Pizza Inn thin crusts rising and I just finished making a "Patsy's" style dough that's now in the frige. The Pizza Inn dough is getting a 24 hour rise at room temperature, the Patsy's is getting a 48 hour rise in the frige. Thin crust tomorrow night, Patsy's on Monday night.  ;D  See what you started?  8)

Yea, it's amazing what two weeks of training on new software and work stopping computer problems can do to you.

Well I didn't find the camera until I was working on the thin crust, which I plan to make again.  It was a blast and I had Pizza Hangerover fro about 3 days.

I managed to get a couple of the thin crust, but not the others I'll be making PI thin for Home this weekend and a Deep Dish for a friend and I know where my camera is at so i'll have pictures this weekend.

DKM, this might be right in front of my face on the forum... but can you link me to the recipe for the Patsy's style crust?
