Anyone have a copycat or clone recipe for any of these places? Maybe these are only West coast pizza chains. I'm also trying to find out the ingredients of Sahara Pizza's sauce. It's one of the best sauces I've ever tried. It's pretty sweet and has a distinct flavor. I even thought of applying for a job there to get the inside scoup. I emailed them to get the "ingredients/nutritional information" on their sauce, we'll see if I get a response. I wonder if it's Stanislaus Super Dolche? Anyone tried this for a base? I have a can here but have to get through my experiments with the Full Red Pizza Sauce until I get to open the Super Dolche. Anyway, anyone heard of ANY of these places?
