just opened in city of saint louis. oven from forno napoletano and staff trained by roberto caporuscio.

I believe that Roberto Caporuscio also was part of Marco's Coal Fired Pizza startup here in Denver, and they have been getting a lot of GREAT press and reviews here locally. Hope its a success for you.

Hi, thanks for the well wishes. Things have been going really well, great to see st louisans faces when the experiance real pizza for the first time...ie no crust to crust pressed provel cheese spead.
