Step away from the pepperoni and put the spinach in the calzone! I love spinach and wanted a break fronm the sausage pepperoni and heavy cheese. So I did up a few minis and a few large Spinach calzones very very  tasty! For the riccotta cheese filling I mixed in 1/4 cup fresh grated stella mozzerella, 1 Tbs. King aurthur pizza seasonings, 4 tbs. Parimgiano reggiano, 1 tsp.  good pinch of oregano, 1/2 t basil, 1/2 T chrushed Black pepper. YUMMY cvant go with plain ricotta needs a bit of Spicing up.

Thanks  as allways ! Makes me feel as though I might be being a bit healthy
 Its all home oven these days 50 degrees  here today so I  did the barbeque, marinated skirt,  but will probably  be 10 -15 degrees again soon I am sure! Cooked these a few days ago but they heat up great! anything cookin on your end ? The A -16 looks like a desirable book eh?

Always cooking over here! I just posted my latest in the monthly challenge thread. Speaking of healthy I have been working on the 100% whole wheat, and it comes out decent. I'll post it soon.

That looks great, I love my greens, spinach, kale, collards, love'm all. Now what about some brussel sprouts in there too??!! A little crumbled bacon....
