Your Ultimate NY Style Dough?

Just a thought. It might be interesting to post your personal favorite dough recipes.

Your recipes would include:

1.   Ingredients in Bakes percent or Volume
2.   Pie size including thickness factor
3.   Cooking temp
4.   How dough is mixed in detail Mixer (including brand), food processor or by hand, kneading time, order in which igredients added, etc.
5.   Cooking time
6.   Any other data that you deem important.

By doing this everyone would have a single place to go and try all the various recipes.
