I ordered a pizza box to store my pizza dough in it while it was in the fridge and I had bad results. I ordered it from a guy in NY who makes them for pizza shops. It seems like the box lets enough air in that the dough turned hard on the outside. I used oil to coat, but never had any luck even with taping the box closed. I went back to my trusty ziplock, but was wondering if anyone had any good experiences with a pizza (dough) box?
