what type of discussion are you looking for?  I'm used to white pie either being cheese and broccoli, or cheese and tomatoes.  Personally, I like tomatoes with black pepper, basil, and garlic butter on top.  Most shops that I've seen serving this type dot their pie with ricotta cheese.  My wife doesn't like ricotta, so I use extra parmesan for flavor.
Some places do other types like chicken ranch, or cheese and shrimp.

See http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,2624.msg22693/topicseen.html#msg22693. Another name for a white pizza is pizza bianca. If you click on the icon next to the search box at the top of any page and do an Advanced search using the terms pizza and bianca in the search box, you will find other references to posts on the subject.

Another name for Roman flatbread pizza (topped only with seasonings and oil) is pizza bianca.  Another name for white pizza is pizza blanca.

November,

Thank you. You are correct.

From time to time, white pizzas are discussed at the PMQ Think Tank at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewforum.php?f=6. Assuming the search function is working, it should be possible to search for relevant posts at the PMQTT website.
