I've seen quite a few posts by Canadians frustrated by the lack of resources here. I'm in Ontario, north and east of Toronto, and I've been looking for Caputo flour with no result. I can get Divella Tipo 00, consigliate per pizze e pasta sfoglia, but only in 1 kg bags at a high price. Not sure if this compares favourably with Caputo or not, though it's not bad to work with. I'm really looking for semi or commercial sized bags: 10 kg to 50 kg. Any help would be appreciated.
