6-in-1 a bit too sweet

I have sampled 6n1's and 7/11's side by side and to me the acid in the 7/11's tones down the sweetness and adds a nicer brightness. For something that is very similar in quality but a couple notches down on the sweetness scale I highly recommend you try Walmart Great Value crushed tomatoes (not kidding)...easy to find and ridiculously inexpensive for what you are getting. While I like 6 in 1 quite a bit and  can get them locally I believe they are better for Chicago pies than for NY style.   I too find them just a little too sweet and not volcanic enough for NY style pizzas. I am surprised at just how many people on this site are using them for NYS.
