Who here find's peperoni gross?

Haha thanks man, I find it very tasty raw and gross cooked for some reason, When I used to buy the frozen pizza I used to take the frozen peperoni off it and eat it cold.

well, one thing that makes a difference is the quality.  It seems everyone uses that horrible cheap greasy processed tasting stuff.   I can't eat that either.  Have you ever tried any high end pepperoni that comes in a stick.  Many brands put the same name on 2 different products, the high end stick stuff that you have to slice, and then the presliced crap pepperoni.

Thanks Scott, I may have to give that a try, Right now I'm trying to find a different recipe to use then the one I got from Allrecipes, I'm looking for a Chicago style crust that you can bend, but Its a tough search.

The stuff I make is think and light, You still can cut it but the toppings falls off if you don't hold it right.

I want the crust to be very FLAKY, but I want the crust be soft on the inside but with a crunch, I've seen the crust I want a few times in other states and on tv shows.


I'm not exactly sure what the style of the crust is.

thats easy, you want a low hydration dough with lots of oil.  We should move to PM
