this looks like EXACTLY what me and my family do when we go... with the exception of the Washington Bar & grill...  we usually go to Molinari's for some deli... and take it somewhere and mangia!

Thanks! TF= thickness factor. Those are the numbers I plugged into the dough calculator http://www.pizzamaking.com/dough_calculator.html for my rectangular pan.
