What is the best source for pizza pans for Chicago deep dish pizza ? My next challenge is Papa Del's.
Anyone with experience with pan selection and Papa Del's ??
Best regards,

I have made the papa del's recipe a couple times as well as the chicago deep dish several times. I bought a couple of the 2" deep hard coat anodized pans from the following place.

Thanks. I ordered my pans from Abe's. Any more comments on Papa Del's recipe listed on this site?
Any adjustments recommended or just follow the recipe as listed?
Thanks

I pretty much just followed the recipe as is. About the only thing I did differently on one was use a 12" deep dish pan instead of a 10". It still came out good, plenty of dough.
