starters

Hi guys,
ive seen a bunch of posts about "starters" sourdough or whatever.... but havent seen any really explain what to do with them once they are ready.

I'd like to try a sourdough starter for my crust this weekend.

If anyone can point me to a link of a previous post with directions or list a good one with details on how to do it and include it into your dough mixing process that would be great.

Snowdy,
Working with starters is easy. I use about half a cup of starter in my recipe (which make 3 pies at a time). I simply add it to the normal procedure. No big deal. Go back to several of my posts and there should be ample information regarding creation, feeding, and utilizing a starter.
