Brand of Tomatoes Lou Malnati's uses?

I know that Lou Malnati's uses their own canned Tomatoes but does anyone know what the actual brand is? What brand does Uno use?

Who has the better sauce Malnati's or Uno? I have never tried a Lou Malnati's pizza but I have had Uno's back when they had an original store here in Denver (Not the crappy Uno's Grill that they have here now).

I just found these tomatoes at Peapod and ordered can. Pretty pricey in my opinion but if they are the real deal I'll be happy.
