In Eagan, Minnesota there is a pizza parlor called Piccolo's Pizza. Their regular pizza is so-so, but they make a "Chicago Puft Crust" which is magnificent! Kinda of a thin pastry/deep dish style. They roll pepperoni into the edges of the crust, and it is really, really good! I sure miss it.
