I am looking for someone with good NY style pizzamaking experience to tutor me and my brother in law on how to make a good New York style pizza, from the dough to the table. A consultant/chef who knows the business. Must be legal, have references and a valid passport. Eventual opportunity to go to Rio de Janeiro to train restaurant owners on how to make a great new York pizza. Travel expenses and salary negotiable.
